Anonymous asked: I wake up each morning and wonder if today is the day I will reveal to everyone how terrified I am. I wonder will I have an anxiety attack everytime someone gets to close. Sometimes I wonder if its worth getting out of bed. And then there are days like today when I see a site with so many people who are strong enough to stand out. Strong enough to say it loud and proud. Thank you for inspiring me and showing me exactly how strong we all can be.
You don’t have to tell everyone you’re scared. It’s a very private thing, that even I don’t just tell to anyone. It’s difficult to talk about.
It’s okay to be sad. But find good coping skills to deal with your sadness. Rather than hurt yourself or eat or being so miserable. Talk, excersise, even crying helps release stress and tension.
